Windows app taskbar icon only flashes when window is minimised not closed

In windows desktop app: If you have disabled "quit when the window is closed"-setting and you close the window, the app is still running as it should. If you receive a notification the taskbar app icon doesn't flash. In other words if you are away from the computer when the desktop notification shows and return, zulip doesn't tell you, that you have received a new message. That requires you to open zulip to check manually.

You can enable "Show icon in system tray" which brings a little red dot to show that you have received new messages, but the icon should flash either way.

Is it possible to fix this?
