Copy Image from Chrome and then pasting to Zulip causes the client to handle the paste as the URL of the image

To reproduce

1: I select "Copy Image" by right clicking an image in Chrome
2: I paste to Zulip

Expected
Zulip takes the image data from clipboard and uploads it

Actual result
Zulip takes the HTML portion from clipboard (url) and then tries to attach that

Other info
While ingesting the image URL works when the image is publicly available, if it's not, for example Google Photos etc, the end result will be broken.
