Update Z-Stick 7 not actual version newest is V7.21.6 installed v7.21.5

Aeotec have not provided a definition file for that update yet. Controller updates through here are a pretty new feature.

@AlCalzone would be interested in getting Z-Stick 7 and Z-Stick 10 Pro updates up - any information on how to move forward with controller updates?

It essentially works the same as for end devices - only the clients using Z-Wave JS needed an update to get access to the new functionality.

Make sure though to limit the firmware version ranges to disallow downgrades.

For now we've had a successful push for the Z-Stick 10 Pro firmware, i'll add this to the task list to write up at some point in time.

@AlCalzone - i've added this pull request for the Z-Stick 7, but i also realized that the firmware update would apply to other Series 700 controllers that isn't ours as well since its generic: #274

If that is ok, i can split the firmware update files i've posted but i'm not sure how it will affect other controllers since the fingerprint of the Z-Stick 7 is the general one.
