Ticking / Running Sound Addition :)? #268

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I like to have a Pomodoro timer that clicks during the time it is running. An alternative (slower for example) ticker is nice during a break. Helps keep my focus.
Describe the solution you'd like
It'd be cool if there was a way to add a sound. Either a stock sound or a manual/selection of an audio clip that is a stock ticking sound during Session and an Alternative during Break.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm going to just run an external ticking sound for now. I will look into possibly contributing soon, just wanted to throw the suggestion out there.
