Thanks for this code as it works super fine for me. However, when I place it in a tab the delete button does not show as noted in the picture I included. If I take the same code and place it outside the tab it works find and the delete button is there. I only have this problem within the tabs.
The tabs which I am using have been taken from the below link:

I also tried a different type of Tab implementation from above and was not working there either. I feel is something with tabs and your code working together.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
After I posted the above I did some more work and with the help of someone I was able to figure out that it is the tabs ( https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/navs/#javascript-behavior ) which is causing the problem. When I move the "active" attribute to the tab with the formset it works. However, I don't want that tab active from inception. Anyone knows what can be causing this problem??????
