0.6.0 - Please add HF-TOKEN to settings-local.yaml

In settings-local.yaml, please add:

huggingface:
  embedding_hf_model_name: nomic-ai/nomic-embed-text-v1.5
  access_token: ${HF_TOKEN:}

I know I should do this the git way with a pull request, but I'm not as cool as y'all's who can do that. :-)
