Pipeline AI Chatbot offline using Mongo & ELK

Pipeline LLMs offline combine with their own context for generating answers.
Using technology:

• MongoDB and Mongo Express for storing and editing document
• Use Elasticsearch to search
• Use Logstash for migrating data from MongoDB to Elasticsearch
• Use Kibana to show indexing of Elasticsearch and simple search
