Brio companion v0.1.0

Brio companion CLI binaries. One-line install:

curl -fsSL https://github.com/0bkevin/brio/releases/latest/download/install.sh | sh

Then enroll against the relay with a code from the mobile app:

brio companion enroll --relay-url https://brio-relay.xa95xa94cj2n4.us-east-1.cs.amazonlightsail.com --code <CODE> --run
