Updated example usage:
// Example of use: node create-genesis.js --gen --out
Improved error message:

if (inputPath === undefined) { throw Error('Input genesis file must be provided'); }

Fixed grammar in a comment:
// Add accounts that have not been used


          Update create-genesis.js
