This is not necessarily a bug but I'm not sure where else to ask: I'm trying to assemble a genome and the CS.M2 stage runs for weeks and doesn't stop. I'm using supernova v2 and the genome is ~1.7GBps and most likely very repetitive which I assume causes the problem. s there anything I can do about it?
