Add Web Awesome

• Add wa-icon to header title
• Replace top nav with wa-tab-group
• Replace post metadata with wa-cluster
• Replace tags with wa-tag
• Replace date section on postlist with wa-format-date

Hello. I was about to file an issue "The About and Readme say Web Awesome", "but there is no WA in the GitHub Pages demo site".

But then, I found this PR.

Looking forward to when this gets merged and finished.

PS. I just backed BAP on the Kickstarter, so, thanks for everything you guys are working on.
