You cannot pass a 2nd conditions argument to update_all in Rails 4.1
More Rails 4 compatibility issues addressed here
Couldn't find all class_name with with 'id': (all, {:conditions...
Also resurrect the Gemfile.lock so that I can run the specs.
Also rename the .ruby-version file so that rvm picks it up.
Also change the .ruby-gemset file so that it's valid
Fix deprecated finder usage which was failing in rails 4 with error like:
