This adds a lightweight guide for two things:
Both of them try to take inspiration and config by pointing to community repositories or chunks in our infrastructure repo. I haven't been able to test this directly, so it'd help to get a pair of eyes to make sure it seems sensible before we merge it. @jnywong any chance you have a moment to look and confirm?
I think it's OK if the content has a bug or two in it, we can spot-check those if people open issues. For now I just want to make it clear that this is possible in jupyterhubs run by 2i2c because I don't think we mention it anywhere right now!
