This PR adds InfraScan to the Infrastructure tools section.
InfraScan is an advanced infrastructure auditor developed by SolDevelo that helps identify AWS cost antipatterns, IaC security issues (Checkov), and container vulnerabilities in a fast, GitHub-ready way.
