2nd Release

Split 2 functions to tools.rs, so it's easier to see the code.
And deleted an unnecessary println function.
Oops, 'splitted' isn't a right word. New knowledge.

Initial Release

It's not a big project so I won't use 'nice' versioning.

At this point, the responder is for HTTP responces, and only when requests are sent to make this simple.
You can write HTTP responces to show something on a browser. Yay!
