Fix unstable DataTask tests by replacing Future.delayed with Completers #565

Refactors `DataTask` tests in `example/integration_test/general_test.dart` to use `Completer`s instead of `Future.delayed`. This eliminates race conditions and network timing issues by waiting for the task to reach a final state (`complete`, `failed`, `canceled`) with a 30-second timeout. Addresses instability where tests would fail when run as a group due to execution taking longer than the fixed delay.
