CityBuilder is an open-source Spigot plugin that lets you quickly spawn filler buildings and structures in Minecraft.
It’s designed to help server owners, builders, and communities populate towns and cities with ease—whether you’re prototyping layouts, filling empty plots, or immortalizing lore-rich worlds.
- Command-driven building placement:
/fillerbuilding <template>(e.g./fillerbuilding rc:skyscraper_4) - Modular templates: stores, warehouses, skyscrapers, apartments, and more

- Download the latest release from Releases.
- Place the
.jarfile into your server’splugins/folder. - Restart your server.
- Use
/fillerbuilding <template>to spawn structures.
/fillerbuilding store→ spawns a generic store/fillerbuilding rc:skyscraper_4→ spawns a skyscraper placeholder/fillerbuilding apartment→ spawns a apartment
Templates can be extended and customized. Contributors can add new building packs to expand the library.
CityBuilder is open-source and welcomes contributions:
