attempt to detect if system is set for celsius or fahrenheit and convert setpoint entries if the latter.

everything seems to work with the quirk that the conversion will make your set temperature deviate by a fraction of a degree depending on how the math lands.
tested switching between C and F as well as off,auto,forced and normal,economy.
everything appears to be working.
