Implement the Restricted Identification functionality to the authentication flow.

  • Add support for the Sector Public Key extension to Terminal CV Certificate
  • Add support for Restricted Identification Info and Domain Parameters SecurifyInfos parsing
  • Provide APDU commands (MSE:SET AT and General Authenticate) and responses for Restricted Identification
  • Perform live testing with known eID-Client AusWeisApp2
