  • This PR implements a centralized internationalization (i18n) system using a new shared package, @fineract-apps/i18n. It adds support for English and French, includes a user-controlled language switcher in the Navbar, and updates all applications and shared components to be multilingual. Comprehensive documentation for the new i18n architecture and developer workflow is also included.
