Description

Documented the Fineract roles (Account Manager, Cashier, Branch Manager), their responsibilities, and a detailed mapping of Fineract permissions.

• This was done to establish a clear, precise, and accountable framework for user access control within the Fineract system, aligning with banking operational requirements.

Key artifacts created/updated:

• roles-and-permissions.md: Defines the high-level roles, their responsibilities, and a summary permissions matrix. It also outlines the process flow for key banking
  operations.

• permission_mappings.md: Provides a technical, granular mapping of Fineract permission codes (from 0003-mifosx-permissions-and-authorisation-utf8.sql) to each role.

• This document also includes a section to track the specific subset of permissions intended for initial implementation for each role.
