Run pre-commit/pyink to clean format

Description

• Add dout to pre-commit ignore list, otherwise will change dout to doubt here.
• In estimator.py, change ans to result to avoid misleading the linter.
• All changes in colabs are about pyink indentation.

pyink --pyink-indentation=2 --line-length=122 .
