I'm using antsMultivariateTemplateConstruction2.sh with my university's HPC (submitting jobs via SLURM). It was running for as many as two weeks when the desktop decided to restart and disconnect from the cluster. Is there any rescuing it?
It had finished iterations 0-5, and had submitted jobs for iteration 6. In the directory it has produced job_XX_6.sh and job_XX_6_metriclog.txt files for each subject.
Is there a way I can get it to pick up from where it left off?
Thanks in advance
