Official version 1.2.0 of the specification

The main addition in this version is the Sample Transform derived image item, which allows for images that are the output of one or more images and constands combined using basic mathematical formulas.

This can for example be used to create higher bit-depth images using lower bit-depth inputs, while still being backwards compatible.
