Fix/profile page infinite loading

Summary

This PR addresses an issue where the profile page was stuck in an infinite loading state without displaying any user information. The loading spinner persisted indefinitely, causing the page to remain unresponsive.

Changes Made

• Implemented error handling for data fetching on the profile page.
  -@Ronnieraj37 , please get Add Customizable Error Page Component #93 PR merged before this one. Because Error component created in that PR is being used in this PR
• If the data is not loaded within 5 seconds, an error page is rendered with options to reload or return to the home page.
• This change improves the user experience by preventing the page from staying in an endless loading state.

Testing Steps:

1. Navigate to the profile page.
2. If the data takes more than 5 seconds to load, the error page should appear with reload and home page options.
3. Ensured that the page works correctly when the data loads within the expected time frame.
