About the PR

Properly moves Gravy & Mochis to be part of the NF directories, as these have been upstream food for a while
Rebalances the rice dough reagents, as part of the original Mochi PR
Adds full english and american breakfasts by cherry picking new-frontiers-14/frontier-station-14@c3956ef
Adds hot dogs, from new-frontiers-14/frontier-station-14#3765

Why / Balance

Food good.

Also, I've no clue why mochis and gravy had their things pushed outside of the upstream directory, so I went ahead and changed that.

How to test

For the breakfast plates, all you have to do is put the reagents and reagents into an oven for 30 seconds.

For the hotdogs:

Sausage Casing:

• Cut meat into cutlets
• Roll cutlet

Raw Sausage:

• grind meat OR 3 cutlets into 9 protein
• put 9 protein, and 1 casing OR 1 (Human or rat) stomach into the assembler

Cooked Sausage:

• Put sausage in microwave OR oven for 10 seconds, OR put on stovetop or grill until cooked

Hotdog:

• Click cooked sausage onto a bun OR put raw sausage and bun into the oven for 10 seconds
