Webspark v2.15.3 - https://webservices.asu.edu/announcements

This release includes a fix to the Webspark 2.15.0 update to prevent customized Anonymous and Authenticated user permissions from getting reset in the update. Sites that have already applied the Webspark 2.15.0 update should review the permissions for the Anonymous and Authenticated roles if they were customized, to confirm no permissions need to be re-granted.
