Refactor main and price files for clarity

Refactor the ICHI project to improve readability and navigation by organizing core logic, types, and configurations into dedicated modules.

The original emain.ts and eprice.ts files had grown very large and were difficult to navigate. This refactoring breaks down these heavy files into smaller, focused modules, making the codebase easier to understand and maintain while preserving all existing functionality and development notes. Backward compatibility is maintained through legacy entry points.
