- Validation process refactored and applied to create_peakindexing
- Updated validation alerts, now imported from separate file, also applied to create_peakindexing
… and creation of their messages is refactored - Refactor of validation function to connect parameters with messages
- Moved around header elements in create_wire_reconstruction
…ncluding new helper functions, and applied validation to create_peakindexing.
