What 0.8.6 releases (#330)

• A Redshift schema response tells the client what Redshift rejects (Redshift datasources: the client writes PostgreSQL syntax Redshift rejects — give it the engine's dialect rules before it writes SQL #325): get_datasource_schema carries dialect_rules — each construct Redshift rejects and a result-preserving alternative — before the SQL is written.
• execute_sql's description states the row cap and statement deadline (execute_sql's description names the row cap and statement deadline but not their values — the client learns them by being refused #326), from the settings the executor enforces; tools.statement_limits() returns both.
• The activity log records the datasource a call ran against (tool_calls.datasource records the datasource the client sent, not the one the call ran against — empty whenever the argument is omitted #328), with datasource_source (explicit / resolved, migration 025).

Publishing is a separate step: merging this ships nothing until a v0.8.6 GitHub release is cut.
