feat(desktop): redesign UI around install and usage jobs

Summary

• Redesign AgentField Desktop around the two primary jobs: install agent nodes and inspect runs, usage, and cost.
• Add the shared design system, marketplace-style Agents flow, denser Activity feed, Home usage totals, empty states, skeletons, update/community surfaces, and related main/shared APIs.
• Integrate the configurable control-plane port work from main, including automatic free-port selection, persisted port discovery, and a Settings port control.
• Add a persisted System/Light/Dark appearance override while preserving system-theme behavior by default.
• Keep native window controls clear of header actions on Windows and Linux/WSLg without changing the macOS hidden-inset/traffic-light flow.

Validation

• Desktop unit tests: cd desktop && npm test (265 tests)
• Production typecheck/build: cd desktop && npm run build
• Windows and macOS desktop packaging jobs pass
• Windows/WSLg native-controls safe area verified in the live renderer
• Final manual macOS smoke test

Manual smoke-test checklist

• Cold launch with installed agents lands on Home; an empty library opens the add-agent flow.
• Agents shows the installed library plus catalog/GitHub install paths.
• Activity filtering, dense rows, usage, and run links behave correctly.
• Home usage totals, update banner, Settings, secrets, autostart, custom ports, and appearance override work correctly.
• macOS traffic lights, sidebar vibrancy, menu-bar companion, and app lifecycle remain correct.
