Replace the four-product grid with the full AgentsKit mesh (foundation, registry, chat, playbook, doc-bridge, code-review, AKOS), update the hero cross-ref, and reframe Secure as methodology patterns rather than OS capabilities.
Align landing CLAUDE sample to the official eight-rule kernel, expand docs welcome with ecosystem peers and Chat dogfood, and link mesh Chat card to /docs/agentskit-chat.

Dogfood the Doc Bridge and verification harness in Agents Playbook, covering documentation quality, package reconciliation, agent handoffs, measurable retrieval/benchmark evidence, safe recovery, and generated knowledge surfaces.
