Hey there! Welcome to the AiSignLanguage project. We're on a mission to make communication easier and more accessible for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community through the power of AI. Imagine being able to translate sign language into text in real-time – that's what we're working towards! Of course, that process can be reversed. That way, we can translate text to sign language.
Our goal is to create a machine learning model that can accurately translate sign language into text. We're also focused on designing an app that's intuitive and easy to use. But more than that, we're committed to promoting inclusivity and making sure everyone can learn sign language whenever and wherever they want.
Here's what our app can do:
- Real-time Translation: Translate sign language to text instantly, making communication smoother.
- User-Friendly Interface: Our app is designed to be simple and easy to use, so you can start using it right away.
- Multi-Language Support: While we're starting with ÖGS (Austrian Sign Language), we plan to expand to other sign languages in the future.
Just a heads up: this project is protected, which means you can't make changes, redistribute, or sell it. We ask for your understanding, that, as of right now, we are not able to provide you with a production version of the project. Neither will we open-source our product for the time being.
