Initialize
last_cursor_posduring startup to avoid erroneously unhiding cursor on initial mouse events.Without initializing the cursor position, the cursor will be unhidden if scrolled despite having specified
--ignore-scrolling. The cursor will also unhide even if the mouse has moved less than the threshold given by--jitter.Closes #48
