Add a new feature to request a commit periodically within its put method. This allows for more frequent offset commits for the GCS connector to avoid the Out of Memory issue.
It's to mitigate the known OOM issue for the GCS sink connector. By flushing files faster, the sink task can reduce its memory consumption.
Tested: Passed the integration test by running
./gradlew clean integrationTest -PtestGcsBucket=gcs-integration-test --stacktrace.
