New class derived from AivenClient It handles exceptions from AivenClient.get_service It does not handle unexpected exceptions

About this change - What it does
Cope when service has "gone away" (i.e.: Service is found when listing services but is gone when retrieving details).

Why this way
Created a class for metadata_parser client to enable easier testing and possibly to ease future implementations, tests, maintenance...
