Drive Ease

Drive Ease is an online platform that allows users to browse, order, update, and manage car listings. It offers a wide range of car entries, with functionalities to create, edit, delete, and track orders. Built with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and Mongoose, it provides a seamless experience for managing car inventories and customer orders.

Prerequisites

Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up and run the project locally.

1. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/Al-amin07/project_4_frontend.git

2. Install Dependencies

Navigate to the project directory and install the necessary dependencies:

cd project_4_frontend
npm install

3. Set Up Environment Variables

Create a .env file in the root of the project to store environment variables, such as MongoDB URI or any secret keys. Here’s an example:

4. Run the Project

  • Development Mode To start the project in development mode with hot reloading:
npm run dev
  • Production Mode If you prefer to run the project in production mode:
npm run build
