The Concept DOI is "a DOI representing all of the versions of your record", which means it will always resolve "to the landing page of the latest version". (https://zenodo.org/help/versioning) Related to AlDanial#627.
Month of release was wrong. DOI for current version (v2.08) hadn't been updated.

Change the Zenodo badge in the README to link to the Concept DOI, which will always resolve to the latest version.
Fix incorrect DOI and release month for v2.08 of the bibtex entry section of the README.
