Added S800 support with a converter for two sensors: weight and heart rate. The data is decoded directly from the BLE payload by extracting the available measurement bytes and converting them into Home Assistant sensor values. At this stage, only two values have been reliably identified: weight — extracted from the S800 measurement payload and converted to kilograms; heart rate — extracted from the same payload and converted to BPM. Other fields appear to be present in the payload, but their byte structure and scaling logic are not yet confirmed. Because of that, they are not exposed as sensors yet to avoid publishing incorrect values.
