This PR adds full MIoT specification support for the Linptech E5DB series BLE Mesh smart wall switches. This series of switches features built-in millimeter-wave human presence sensors and a touch interaction screen, covering four specifications ranging from single-button to four-button models: linp.switch.e5dbw1 (single-button), linp.switch.e5dbw2 (double-button), linp.switch.e5dbw3 (triple-button), and linp.switch.e5dbw4 (quad-button). The following functionalities are implemented:
Independent Channel Control: Independent switching for each relay circuit, with configurable Wired And Wireless / Wireless flexible modes.
Button Event Reporting: Accurate triggering and reporting of single-click, double-click, and long-press events, directly compatible with HA automation.
Sensor Integration: Built-in human presence detection (occupancy) and device temperature monitoring.
Screen and Interaction Configuration: Night mode, screen brightness, screen wake-up time, and button response mode (standard/high-speed).
Fault Diagnosis: Real-time reporting of device overheating protection status.
