documentation format availability?

Hi, is the AllenSDK documentation available in a format that I can drop into an LLM? I'm particularly interested in the connectivity atlas. The pages that I have found like https://allensdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/connectivity.html and https://community.brain-map.org/c/how-to/mouse-connectivity-atlas/31 require a lot of clicking around to get to the docs about various functionality. But if there were a pdf with all documentation just serially laid out, then I could more easily get my LLM to know this stuff. It's getting stuck trying to invent methods where it doesn't know the exact names of the methods it wants. If you have more general recommendations about how to work with the SDK via LLMs, happy to hear that too.
