Branch blender27x is for the older Blender 2.7x series. The master branch is for Blender 2.8 and beyond. Version 4.2.x now only works with Blender version 4.2 and beyond.
Starting with 4.2.x, Arma Toolbox now installs as an extension instead of an addon. That means that dragging and dropping the archive onto the Blender main window should be enough to install it. You should uninstall the old version first. A restart may be required after install the new one.
