Fix backslashes in documentation examples

Some documentation examples in the guide files use \ in places where the
documentation renderer appears to require \ to display a literal backslash.

This caused several AmiBlitz field access examples to be shown incorrectly
in the rendered documentation.

This change updates the affected examples so they display correctly.
