Ana Margarita Medina

I'm an SRE-turned-advocate who specializes in bridging the gap between high-scale infrastructure and the people building on it. My mission is to build the education layer that turns AI from a speed booster into a reliable, production-grade engineering paradigm.

Self-taught engineer, then SRE at Uber running chaos experiments against production microservices. Since then I've helped build developer motions from zero three times: the chaos engineering category at Gremlin, OpenTelemetry and observability at Lightstep/ServiceNow, and Crossplane at Upbound.

What I'm building right now

  • Measuring the context and cost overhead of agent tooling in practice
