This adds support:

for new format of cutouts (for Megatron release),
reads in the star cutouts along with the gas cutouts, and wraps everything into a single dataset. ⚠️ this requires [FEAT] Allow building octree with particles yt-project/yt#5435 to be merged for yt to support particles,
implements lazy-loading of the cutout using the mechanism introduced in [ENH] Allow generic octree datasets to load fields from a function yt-project/yt#5338 (will likely be part of upcoming yt 4.5.0 release)

FIXME: star_ds should have the right units, it doesn not presently

This prevents yt from getting confused when converting length_unit into code_length.

Note that this requires the dev branch of yt
