This PR adds similar functionality to
fastmigratewhere a developer can write schema migrations as a set of.sqlor.pyfiles that are sequentially applied using a_metatable for tracking which version a database is at currently and only applying migrations that come after that. I've also updated the index.ipynb to have a section about this new migration feature.
