As title reads

My guess, cvs parser doesn't like all caps names in mods name
Not that, we have OPTRE and SOG for example in the spreadsheet

There is also and issue with enabling dlc doesn't show dlc vehicles, but it may be addressed in #858

How can your changes be tested, or reproduced?

Load save with vanilla store param turned on and behold
