OpenMCC v0.3.0: radio controls, command presets and CubeSat model

Implements the requested v0.3 usability and RF work while preserving the existing telemetry, rotator and desktop architecture.

Changes:

• collapsible CC1101 and E32-433T30D wiring tables for ESP32-WROOM-32;
• radio configuration UI for frequency, TX power and module-specific parameters;
• local persistence plus future $CMD,RADIO,... / RADIO_STATUS gateway protocol hooks;
• selectable ready-made command examples in the command center;
• more realistic generic 2U CubeSat model with body-mounted solar cells and a deployed tape-measure dipole instead of the previous rod antenna;
• dedicated radio-control documentation;
• version bump to 0.3.0 so the Windows installer pipeline can produce OpenMCC-Setup-0.3.0.exe after merge.

Important: actual RF parameter application still requires the upcoming ESP32 gateway firmware/drivers for CC1101 or E32. The new UI clearly marks this distinction.
