while installing the files with the playwright there is a provlam because the envirmemt expect the files to be somewhere else, i take care of it
since playwright needs a newer interpreter and some of out librarys should addapt aswell, i changed some versions according documantation and added the new playwright
adding newer python and install the dependencies of the playwright framework
if a test is marked with xfail there is no need in decent terdown so we can skip this part, but if its not marked we will fall for an error of searching for _ecakxfail missing attribute
