Added a comprehensive test suite in `tests/utils.test.ts` for the `getRelativeTime` utility function from `lib/utils.ts`.
The test cases verify all time buckets including seconds ("just now"), minutes, hours, days, and the fallback to localized date strings using node's built-in testing capabilities (`node:test` and `node:assert`). Tested effectively against dynamic timestamps relative to Date.now().
